Here’s how it works:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• We do not cover return shipping costs—return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive your return(form below), we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, file a return using the form below within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we’ll initiate a refund immediately—no need to return the broken item.
